As a Cloud Engineer, you will be joining the AI Centre of Excellence (AI CoE) within the Pictet Tech division in Geneva. You will work collaboratively with tech leads, software engineers and data scientists in an innovative environment. Your primary focus will be designing, deploying and managing cloud solutions using technologies like Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). You will also contribute to building secure, scalable and resilient cloud platforms as we transform our technology landscape.
Your role
- Design and manage cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS
- Orchestrate, automate and monitor cloud-based workloads
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery
- Manage APIs, RESTful services and web components
- Collaborate with developers, infrastructure engineers and cybersecurity teams to enforce standards and provide guidance
- Support team members in cloud operations, monitoring and DevOps practices
- Offer cloud expertise for innovation projects within the AI CoE
Your profile
- You have 3+ years’ experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role, specialising in Azure
- Strong knowledge of architecture, including integration, security, networking, identity and access management
- Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform
- Experienced with CI/CD practices and tools
- Skilled in containerisation technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiar with serverless architectures and microservices
- Understanding of monitoring, logging and dashboard management
- Experience with current AI development tools
- Professional integrity and a team-oriented mindset
- Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate
