Head of Planning Pool (m/f/d)
What awaits you:
- Overall leadership of complex project teams including their project managers
- Ensuring high quality in our planning
- Responsibility for compliance with budgets and schedules in the planning process
- Close cooperation with other areas of site management and the entire architectural office Maintenance and expansion of our network with clients and cooperation partners
- Organizational and strategic management of all pools as a line function
What you bring with you:
- A completed university degree in architecture
- At least 15 years of professional experience in architectural offices, of which at least 5 years in a leading position of several project teams simultaneously
- Sound knowledge in all planning phases and in BIM-supported project management, preferably also in agile project management
- Experience in financial control and controlling of complex construction projects
- Confident appearance in leadership and cooperation with clients
- An independent, team-oriented and motivating personality with a high quality standard
- Composure and calmness in demanding situations
- Business fluent German; English is an advantage
