The Clinic for Oral Surgery and Stomatology of the Dental Clinics zmk bern is the largest oral surgery clinic in Switzerland. As an internationally recognized center for teaching, research, and services of the University of Bern and a team of around 60 dedicated employees, we offer a comprehensive range of modern examination and treatment methods.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for the following by arrangement:
Dental Assistant EFZ for Back Office (100%)

• Recording referrals in the clinic information system
• Creating cost estimates
• Service recording and invoicing to patients, health insurance, accident insurance, social insurances
• Telephone clarifications with referrers (practices and hospitals) and patients
• Filing and sending reports
• Orders, control of consignment stock, dental technology)
• General secretarial work (statistics, address lists)
• In case of staff absences: assisting with treatments in the outpatient clinic and operating room
• Assistance in organizing events and training as well as coordinating the student course (scheduling, creating deployment plans, etc.)

• Completed training as a Dental Assistant EFZ with several years of professional experience.
• Further training as a medical and hospital secretary
• Good knowledge of tariffs
• Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, FileMaker, Medsuite, Highdent)
• Resilient, loyal, and well-organized person with a high service orientation.
