As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll lead full-cycle recruitment to attract top talent aligned with the values and mission of our client. You'll partner with hiring managers and promote employer brand while ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience.

Description
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (briefing, sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding).
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, evaluation criteria, and selection processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, providing insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices.
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across functions and markets.
- Conduct structured interviews and coordinate candidate assessments.
- Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines through networking, social media, and talent platforms.
- Champion Volleyball World's employer brand through engaging content and participation in events.
- Track and report recruitment KPIs to support data-driven decision making.
- Coordinate onboarding activities with managers and the People & Culture team to ensure a consistent, inclusive, and high-quality candidate experience.
- Collect and analyse feedback from candidates and hiring teams to continuously improve the process.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or similar or equivalent training/qualification.
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within an international or sports environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on, proactive, and organized - you thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.
- Enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) other language an asset.
