Responsibilities
Your mission
As National Sales Manager Field Sales Foodservice, you are the driving force for growth, innovation, and excellence in foodservice sales. You identify market and customer potentials early, develop effective sales and marketing approaches from them, and empower your team to implement these successfully.
You are personally at the forefront in field sales, position yourself as a competent and inspiring contact person for sales topics, and actively shape the further development of modern sales methods. Together with your team, you represent the field sales foodservice and work closely with marketing, key account management, and sales support.
- You consistently implement our national foodservice strategy and lead the field sales team throughout Switzerland.
- You develop contemporary leadership and sales tools and ensure their effective application in daily leadership.
- You systematically identify and unlock market and customer potentials and translate these into measurable sales success.
- You ensure high data quality in the CRM and actively drive the further development of digital sales processes.
- You identify relevant training and development topics and ensure their sustainable implementation.
- You continuously coach and develop your employees and promote a performance-oriented, motivating team culture.
- You represent our company at trade fairs, customer events, and industry networking events.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in sales as well as in leading field sales teams, ideally in the foodservice environment.
- Strong analytical thinking combined with creativity and joy in developing new solution approaches.
- Experience with modern sales and leadership tools (e.g., customer journey, potential assessment, data-driven management).
- Confident, convincing appearance and inspiring communication style.
- Very good German and French skills, both spoken and written.
