These are your tasks
- You welcome our patients on the ward and pamper them with a professional meal and beverage service
- You are the contact person for questions about the room infrastructure and ensure daily cleanliness around the bed as well as laundry supply in the room
- You supervise and accompany trainees in the professions of health specialist and hotel/housekeeping specialist
What you bring with you
- You have training as a service specialist, hotel specialist, restaurant specialist, or housekeeping specialist
- You have good IT skills (Word, Outlook) and command the German language spoken and written
- You work independently, remain calm even in hectic situations, and keep an overview
- You are a team player and convince as a motivated, friendly personality with polished manners and strong customer orientation
