About the job
The Waldheim Foundation offers people with intellectual, physical, and psychological disabilities a variety of residential and day-structure places in six residential homes. More than 340 employees are committed to the high quality of life of around 220 clients.
Immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for a
Residential Group Leader (80 - 100 %)
What awaits you:
- Active participation in all areas of the residential group (care, nursing, and leisure activities)
- Responsibility for the daily routine and development opportunities of the residents
- Administrative and personnel management of a team of around eight employees
- Collaboration with relatives and professionals
- Support for trainees and interns
- Participation in project and working groups
What we expect:
- Completed training in the field of care specialist or health EFZ, social pedagogue HF/FH, or in the nursing field HF/FH
- Leadership experience in the social or nursing sector
- Resilience and organizational skills in demanding situations
- Flexibility and humor
- Team- and solution-oriented working style
- Exchange and networking within the management
- Willingness to work irregular hours and weekend shifts
