In the Winterthur-Seen city district, around 340 students in 18 classes are accompanied and taught by around 50 dedicated teachers at the Büelwiesen school. In the versatile role as principal, you will take over the co-leadership at the Secondary School Büelwiesen from August 1, 2026, or by arrangement.Your Tasks
- Operational management of the school unit in organizational, administrative, and financial matters (including responsibility for the school budget)
- Personnel and pedagogical leadership of the staff
- Promoting, steering, and securing school and quality development (e.g., through coaching and SRL)
- Representing the school internally and externally
- Constructive collaboration with the school board, the education management, and the school principals of the city of Winterthur
Your Profile
- Proven leadership and teaching experience in elementary school
- Started or completed school leadership training
- Confidence in handling financial, organizational, and administrative matters
- Solution-oriented, reflective leadership personality with composure in challenging situations
- Communicative and appreciative with a participative leadership approach
- Availability on workdays Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday as well as optionally Monday or Wednesday
