What You Can Achieve
Surface treatments of plastic components (e.g., painting) including preparation and finishing
Assembly work from individual parts to small series (screwing, gluing, pinning)
Processing of insulations and seals with the large-area plotter
Deburring of components on deburring machines and vibratory finishing systems
Carrying out dimensional and quality inspections
Independent planning and implementation of production orders to ensure timely delivery
Maintenance work, monitoring of production aids, and operation of industrial trucks
Participation in the further development of processes and workflows
What You Bring
Completed training, e.g., as an industrial painter, carpenter, polymechanic, industrial mechanic, mold maker, or comparable
Several years of experience in a similar role
Technical and manual skills as well as enjoyment of precise work
Confident reading of technical drawings and parts lists
Good German skills in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage
Flexibility, initiative, and motivation to contribute to the company's success with entrepreneurial thinking
