What you can achieve
- You support us in the daily business on our closed geriatric and neuropsychiatric acute ward and can specifically contribute your expertise and experience
- You help implement our ward concept and continuously develop it with us
- Together with the interprofessional treatment team, you contribute to stabilizing the patients and thus to a better quality of life
- If suitable and interested, there is the possibility to take on the additional role as a trainer
- You are a trained health specialist EFZ
- You are interested in psychiatry and ideally have relevant professional experience
- You enjoy multiprofessional collaboration in a dynamic environment
- You treat people with respect, are reflective and resilient, and act in a goal- and patient-oriented manner
