Through intensive collaboration with Swiss and European organizations within the framework of larger research and consulting projects, the Institute for Production and Supply Chain Management maintains a close connection to the economy. - Varied and challenging tasks at a practice-oriented institute
- Conducting an industry-related study with quantitative and qualitative research
- Participation in the largest Swiss industrial study in the manufacturing sector (" Swiss Manufacturing Survey "), including
- Creation and development of the study questionnaire
- Supervision of the survey and the responses
- Data analysis of the study results (in Excel)
- Support in the preparation of the study report, a whitepaper, and other publications
- Additionally: Support of industry projects in close cooperation with globally active manufacturing companies, e.g., preparation and documentation of workshops, conducting interviews, and desk research
- Advanced university studies (enrolled in a master's program or at the end of a bachelor's program) in business administration, economics, or engineering with very good grades
- Interest in production and operations management is an advantage
- Result-oriented and structured working style with high motivation
- Reliability, initiative, commitment, and high diligence in work execution
- Initial practical experience, for example in manufacturing companies, project management, or consulting through internships or part-time jobs is an advantage
- Proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written
