Employee Secretariat Social Counseling (m/f/d) 90%
Operations / Social Counseling

Your Tasks

• Contact person for internal clinic clients (doctors, nursing, etc.) 
• Telephone and written contact with patients and their relatives and insurers
• Independent organization of rehabilitations and cures as well as commissioning of transport services and interpreters 
• Administrative support of the team and management
• Office material management
• Order entry and service billing

Your Profile

• Commercial training or qualification as a medical secretary is an advantage
• Professional experience in healthcare or health insurance would be desirable
• Precise, goal-oriented and efficient working style as well as pronounced organizational skills 
• Friendly and service-oriented demeanor as well as teamwork and flexibility 
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as fluency in English and/or French are a plus
