Your Tasks
- Timely billing according to legal, tariff, and contractual provisions for all outpatient services provided.
- Processing of invoice rejections
- Contact person for billing matters for patients, clinics, insurance companies, and public authorities
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification, ideally with experience in healthcare
- Professional experience in patient administration or billing (outpatient/hospital medical/KVG and UVG/MV/IV advantageous)
- Sound knowledge of the Swiss healthcare and insurance system (TARMED)
- Proficient use of MS Office and ERP systems (SAP)
- Accurate, reliable, and independent working style
- Enjoyment of structured work with numbers and processes
- High service orientation as well as communication skills in dealing with patients and insurance companies
- Teamwork, resilience, and discretion in handling sensitive data
