Your Tasks
- Supporting the Human Resources Management team leader in planning, organizing, and coordinating the daily workflows in the team for several locations in North Rhine-Westphalia
- Representing the Human Resources Management team leader during absences
- Participating in the operational daily business for the Oberhausen location
- Advising employees and managers on personnel-related topics
- Preparing and implementing personnel measures in compliance with legal and contractual regulations
- Close cooperation with hospital management, nursing management, and internal departments
- Handling and accompanying labor court disputes
- Supporting individual personnel development measures in coordination with the recruiting and personnel development team
- Designing and further developing cross-location HR processes
Your Profile
- Completed degree in economics or commercial training with a focus on human resources
- Solid knowledge in human resources management – ideally with experience in healthcare
- Good knowledge of labor, collective bargaining, and social security law
- Confident handling of MS Office, ideally knowledge of HR systems
- Desirable: advanced English skills
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, and pronounced service orientation
- Willingness to travel occasionally within North Rhine-Westphalia
