We are looking for a
Cooking Operations Manager 80% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- As a host, you take over the management of the operation as well as the cooking function and ensure sustainable success with your innovative ideas
- With commitment, you lead, recruit, train and develop your team (approx. 2 people) and strengthen a motivating and positive work culture
- You are responsible for administrative tasks such as accounting, budget control and personnel administration – you keep the operation on a successful organizational course
- You actively pitch in at the operation and use your energy and ideas to continuously develop the business activity
- You maintain contact with customers, guests, suppliers and other interfaces, build trusting partnerships and strengthen the operation sustainably
- Working hours: Mon - Fri
Your profile
- You have completed an apprenticeship as a cook EFZ, have a basic understanding of business processes and are characterized by a pronounced hosting quality
- 4 years of experience in a comparable role, for example in operational responsibility or kitchen management, have already given you leadership experience
- As a host personality, you score with high social competence, a winning appearance as well as an organized and solution-oriented way of working
- Your IT affinity and knowledge of calculation and inventory management systems make daily processes easier for you
- Excellent German skills in spoken and written form are required
- In addition, your reputation is impeccable and you have a category B driving license as well as a catering license for the canton of Aargau
