Your new role
You accompany the employees of the Open Youth Work Center St.Gallen in the youth culture space flon, support the young people at events, and ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
The assignments take place exclusively on weekends as well as in the evenings and at night and are suitable as a side income during studies. Ideally, you bring experience in social work or pedagogical activities and are preferably over 25 years old.

Your department
The Open Work with Youth department of the Children Youth Family service of the City of St.Gallen offers various leisure activities in the east, west, and center of the city. In the city center, there are places for youth culture in St.Gallen with the two offers talhof and flon.
About 50 events take place annually in the youth culture space flon. The spectrum ranges from concerts and parties to theater performances, dance events, and exhibitions. The program is planned, organized, and carried out with the support of the Open Youth Work Center by a group of young people. In addition, various trainings take place during the week, and the flon studios offer free spaces for creative activities.
