About the job
For our Temporary Reception Center (CAT) at the Alpes site in Sainte-Croix, we are looking for:
A Social-Educational Assistant – ASE (M/F) at 60% permanent contract
Your missions:
- Participate in the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of beneficiary support projects
- Propose and organize socio-cultural activities taking into account the needs and resources of each individual
- Promote reception, integration, and maintenance of social ties for each person while considering their environment
- Support beneficiaries in daily and socio-cultural activities by providing basic care and ensuring their comfort and well-being
- Coordinate with network partners to ensure an effective health trajectory
- Transport beneficiaries
- Supervise apprentices and interns
Your profile:
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a social-educational assistant (ASE) or proven experience in a similar position (min. 5 years)
- Team spirit and ability to promote communication and exchanges
- Easy contact with elderly people and interest in human relations
- Organizational skills, practical sense, and versatility
- Autonomous, methodical, and flexible
- Driver's license and experience driving a minibus essential
