What you bring
- A commercial basic education with further training in HR (e.g. Personal Assistant)
- Experience in human resources or a comparable function
- Strong organizational skills, structured working style and enjoyment of administrative accuracy
- Enjoyment of communication, organization and people – you remain calm even in hectic moments
- Digital affinity (MS Office, HR tools like Abacus, etc.) and an eye for detail
- An open heart, humor and genuine interest in the social environment
Your tasks – versatile & meaningful
- You are the contact person for our employees in all personnel matters (from entry to exit)
- You support the HR management in recruitments, contract management, changes and administrative processes
- You carefully and digitally maintain personnel files, handle correspondence and create reports
- You assist in the planning and implementation of HR projects, training and events
- You contribute ideas to further develop our employer brand – internally and externally
