Tasks
- Care and support of guests and patients in the interprofessional team
- Independent responsibility for the care process of the assigned persons
- Taking over daily and professional responsibility, collaboration in BESA as well as key person work
- Active participation in the practical training of apprentices and students
- Workplace in the Zurich region
Requirements Profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ, recognized in Switzerland
- Initial professional experience in the acute sector
- Knowledge of the RAI-NH system, ideally complemented by experience in wound management
- Familiar with electronic documentation and nursing diagnostics
- Open, empathetic, and strong communication skills in German (spoken and written)
