For our location in Zug, we are looking for a group leader FaBeK (m/f).
Your main tasks:
•Constructive and active collaboration with supervisors, team colleagues, and management
•Implementation of the pedagogical concept
•Planning and conducting age-appropriate activities according to the weekly program
•Co-responsibility in planning/conducting acclimatization, excursions/forest days
•Proactive communication with parents
•Co-responsibility for compliance with concepts (hygiene, safety, and emergency concepts, etc.)
•Promotion of the entire group as well as individual children
•Co-responsibility for the care, condition, and completeness of play materials as well as for the care and order of the premises
•Administrative tasks
Your profile:
•Federal certificate of competence as a childcare/education specialist (e.g., FaBeK or early childhood education) or an equivalent qualification
•Structured, service-oriented and independent working style, high self-motivation
•Open and responsible personality
•Team player with good communication skills
•Openness to different cultures
•Good English skills are an advantage
