Your tasks
- Creation of facility management concepts for the customer
- Preparation, coordination and presentation of offers and concepts (integral mandates)
- Conducting sales talks until completion
- Calculation of facility management services
- Coordination of project participants (calculation cleaning / purchasing / operations)
- Professional management of assigned projects
- Support of junior and business consultants
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable function as well as experience in project work
- University degree in Facility Management (Bachelor of Science), Business Administration or an equivalent education.
- Strong analytical skills and communication skills as well as leadership competence in cross-departmental projects
- High customer orientation and the ability to inspire customers for our solutions as well as entrepreneurial and innovative thinking
- High willingness to collaborate beyond the team with a view to overall success
- Very good MS Office skills (advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills), CAFM experience is an advantage
- Confident German in spoken and written form, business fluent English, additional language skills are an advantage
