• You take responsibility for the development, testing, and implementation of innovative, stable, and high-performance journey solutions on our marketing platform (Marketing Cloud)
• Together with our solution architect, you develop, test, and implement new features and functions to make our campaign processes even leaner and more effective
• You have an eye for data quality – analyze, improve, and ensure that our data integration runs smoothly
• In close exchange with campaign management and other teams, you implement requirements and contribute your own ideas to continuously develop our customer journeys

• You have a degree or higher education – ideally in business informatics, data science, or software development
• You bring experience in software development and analytical data engineering
• Ideally, you are familiar with technologies and programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, AMPScript, APEX, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and HTML
• You are technically curious and understand how system integrations and APIs work – writing small code snippets (e.g., in JavaScript, Python, or Apex) is no problem for you
• You have a strong IT understanding and want to continuously develop yourself professionally and personally.
• Topics like AI, automation, and digital transformation fascinate you – you are eager to dive deep into these areas
• You enjoy working in a team, approach things proactively, and find creative solutions even when things get tricky
• Structured, self-organized work suits you; uncertainties and debugging do not scare you – you stay focused and are a true team player in an agile environment
• You communicate confidently in German (spoken and written) and have good English skills
