About the job
For the area of traffic service and on-call function, we are looking for employees with high commitment and time flexibility. Whether as a main activity or supplementary, this position is possible full-time or part-time. Irregular working hours (Monday to Saturday) and on-call duties are a matter of course for you. You enjoy working outdoors, take responsibility, and face challenges with motivation and professionalism. We also welcome applications from retirees, self-employed persons, or people with flexible life situations who are motivated to take responsibility in traffic service.What you can achieve:
- Regulation and securing of traffic at intersections, bottlenecks, and construction areas
- Support of traffic management (including along heavily frequented traffic axes), especially in the area of heavy traffic
- Installation, control, and supervision of traffic signals
- Detouring and rerouting of vehicles as well as organization and coordination of parking services and waiting areas
- Control and monitoring of parking zones at shopping centers, fairs, and events
- Ensuring smooth traffic flow including appropriate action and documentation
- Willingness for on-call deployments according to deployment planning
- Working hours Monday to Saturday between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. (on-call up to max. 13 hours)
What you bring:
- Completed vocational training or equivalent education
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- High self-discipline and self-motivation
- Very good mental and physical resilience, physically fit
- Willingness and enjoyment of irregular working hours
- Impeccable reputation
- Swiss citizenship, C permit or B EU/EFTA
- Driver's license category B (own car required)
