What You Can Achieve

• Testing and documenting switches and assembly units (e.g., tightness, contact resistance, high voltage testing)

• Maintenance and upkeep of testing equipment and infrastructure (gas supply, measurement computers, instruments, etc.)

• Creating error reports and root cause analyses in case of deviations

• Processing orders according to work papers, checklists, and instructions

• Ensuring orderliness, cleanliness, and adherence to specified times

• Responsibility for environmental, health, and occupational safety requirements

• Contributing to the optimization of key figures in quantity, quality, costs, and deadlines

• Actively supporting the continuous improvement process with your own ideas

What You Bring

• Completed electrical or mechanical vocational training (e.g., electronics technician, automation technician, or polymechanic with experience in testing)

• At least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in the field of gas-insulated switchgear

• Good German skills, English skills are an advantage

• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system

• High sense of responsibility, reliability, and ability to work in a team
