• As Head of Nursing, you will lead the interdisciplinary short-stay ward together with the medical staff (department for generally insured patients of all specialties with a maximum stay of 1-2 nights)
• You will take on the professional, personnel, and organizational responsibility for the departments newly opened in 2026 and thus have the opportunity to help shape and influence them, as well as accompany your team through change
• You lead, challenge, and promote your employees individually and participatively and are aware of your role model function
• With foresight, you take on budget responsibility and ensure the educational mandate
• You promote smooth interprofessional collaboration with commitment and passion

• You have completed training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH, possess recognized leadership training, or are willing to complete such training
• Strong communication skills, wit, and high social competence are among your strengths, as well as your ability to reach consensus and a strong solution orientation
• Leadership is your passion: you consistently put people at the center while always keeping business management aspects in focus
• You enthusiastically accompany change processes and are able to form people into a team and act integratively
