The Blue Cross Bern-Solothurn-Freiburg is a specialized organization for addiction issues with the areas of work prevention + health promotion, counseling + therapy as well as integration + companies. Around 90 employees and about 260 volunteers at 13 locations implement the diverse offers, which are co-financed by service contracts from the cantons as well as donations and contributions from institutions and private individuals.

The networking with the Swiss and International Blue Cross supports innovations and quality assurance. The Blue Cross is politically and denominationally independent.

For our office in the city of Bern, we are looking for a temporary maternity cover for 6 months from November 1, 2025, or by arrangement for a

Clerk Accounting

Workload 60% - 80% (temporary)

Area of activity:

• Managing accounting mandates
• Responsible for accounts receivable accounting
• Support in accounts payable accounting
• Support in quarterly & annual financial statements, reporting and budgets
• Managing bank & postal accounts as well as cash registers
• Assisting in the training of commercial apprentices

Requirements profile:

• Commercial basic training
• Further training in accounting
• Very good user knowledge of the MS Office suite
• User knowledge of ABACUS
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
• Independence, initiative, flexibility, sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
• Identification with our mission statement and interest in addiction and prevention topics
