In this versatile role in the Business Support KAM CH department, you take on a central key role for the whole of Switzerland as a subject matter expert (SME) in Infrastructure Building Management (IGM). You are the direct contact person for our national client in the banking sector on all IGM topics and act independently and responsibly. You ensure efficient, versatile, and innovative support in customer care, administration, calculation, and the creation of presentations. Furthermore, you develop practical solutions and concepts in the areas of cleaning, indoor greening, (document) disposal, washroom services, and other infrastructural services. You work closely with internal specialist departments, operational teams on site, and the Key Account Management organization.
Your main tasks:
- Direct contact person for our client in the banking sector in all IGM areas
- Identification, evaluation, and piloting of new solutions focusing on innovation, sustainability, or digitalization in infrastructure building management
- Definition of internal processes, calculation, and pricing including SLAs as well as preparation and negotiation of offers, presentations, and contract bases
- Implementation of solutions in close cooperation with specialist departments, operational teams on site, suppliers, KAM organization, and the client
- Continuous review, optimization, and further development of processes and services considering environmental and sustainability goals
- Professional support of operational teams, team colleagues, and management through practical training materials as well as active knowledge transfer and training
- Preparation of reports and analyses with derivation of concrete recommendations for action as well as promotion of knowledge transfer on specialist topics, best practices, and sustainability initiatives
Your profile:
- Advantageous: Bachelor of Science in Facility Management or equivalent education
- Several years of professional experience in facility management or related fields (e.g., hospitality, textile or cleaning management)
- Alternatively: Completed commercial basic training EFZ with professional experience in a similar work environment, ideally supplemented by further training as a project assistant (IPMA Level D) and several years of experience in project collaboration or project management processes in infrastructure building management
- Very good organizational and analytical skills combined with strong customer orientation
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Networked thinking, solution-oriented action, and an independent, structured way of working
- Resilient, flexible, and strong communication skills
- Very good German skills; good French skills, English and Italian are an advantage
