For our production site in Monthey, where our activities are mainly related to plant protection, we are looking for apprentices Chemical and Pharmaceutical Production Technologists CFC!
In a setting where safety is the priority, the apprentice operates automated and computerized industrial facilities for the manufacture of chemical products and also participates in the development and optimization of manufacturing processes.
More specifically:
- Participate in production planning, preparation, and configuration of the facilities, with constant attention to ensuring product quality and the best possible yield;
- Plan the successive stages of the manufacturing process;
- Monitor the progress of reactions in the manufacturing process, identify possible anomalies, remedy them or stop the reaction;
- Take samples of products during manufacturing and analyze them;
- Record control results in reports;
- Propose measures to prevent the most common failures of devices and equipment;
- Clean and maintain production facilities, equipment, and instruments and perform simple repairs;
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental protection regulations.
