WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE

• Develop GenAI-supported applications: Design, build, and operate GenAI-supported applications (search bot platforms, agentic workflows, autonomous agents) for enterprise use.
• Implement RAG pipelines: Document extraction, chunking, embeddings, vector stores, retrieval strategies, and answer synthesis.
• Securely integrate cloud and on-premises data sources: Data connection considering PII (personally identifiable information), data residency, and Swiss data protection law.
• Orchestrate multi-stage agent workflows: Develop state management strategies, optimize system prompts, and configure tool/function calls.
• Design LLMOps architectures: Build and implement evaluation mechanisms, observability and telemetry solutions, as well as CI/CD pipelines for prompts and chains.
• Design LLM guardrails: Implement grounding strategies, automated policy checks, and content filters according to Responsible AI standards.

HOW YOU SUCCEED

• Background: Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, engineering sciences, mathematics, or another analytical field.
• AI application frameworks: Experience with Microsoft Agent Framework (Semantic Kernel / AutoGen) and/or LangChain and/or LangGraph / LlamaIndex.
• Programming languages: Experience with Python + TypeScript/Node.js or Python + Java.
• RAG components: Experience with Azure AI Search and/or FAISS and/or Qdrant and/or Milvus and/or Pinecone.
• LLM platforms & clouds: Azure OpenAI / Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, open-source models (GPT OSS, Mistral, etc.).
• Azure certifications advantageous: 
  - Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900)
  - Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102)
  - Azure Designing and Implementing DevOps Solutions (AZ-400)
  - Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204)
  - Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
• Languages: Very good German and good English skills; French is an advantage.
