Tasks

- Support night staff across various wards effectively and compassionately.
- Guide and assist patients during admissions and crisis situations.
Skills
- Completed EFZ health professional qualification required.
- Strong German language skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently with excellent social skills.

Your tasks include
- Carrying out measures in care, therapy, rehabilitation and in the medical-technical field and their documentation
- Supporting the night shifts of the individual wards
- Advising, accompanying and supporting patients in admission situations, crisis situations and/or in case of insomnia
- Being the contact person for external calls, mediation and/or reception of these
- Independently completing administrative tasks
You bring with you
- Qualification as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Experience in caring for mentally ill patients
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- High personal responsibility and proven social competence
- Enjoyment of night work and willingness to support activities
- Completed basic course in aggression management or willingness to complete it
- Good networked thinking
