We have been waiting for you because you:
* Are studying in the field of hospitality, business administration, or a comparable course of study
* Ideally have already gained some experience in HR and preferably have initial knowledge of talent management systems like Greenhouse
* Work with a high degree of reliability and structure, always keep an overview, and ensure smooth processes
* Convince with your communication skills, count empathy and integrity among your strengths, and stand out with your positive and warm manner
* Have good knowledge of common MS Office programs
* Master German and English excellently in spoken and written form
