With a strong team, we are responsible for the financial management of our real estate investment products. This includes reporting, controlling, financing, as well as the financial reporting of our products. We also ensure risk management, benchmarking, and the support of our real estate-specific IT platform. Your tasks
- Preparation of periodic reporting, key figures, and performance reports for the management and the board of trustees
- Analysis and monitoring of strategic financial plans
- Conducting simulations and in-depth analyses on strategic issues, profitability calculations, or transactions
- Coordination and execution of external benchmarking including ensuring data delivery and evaluations
- Participation in the annual financial statement and business reporting of our real estate funds and the investment foundation real estate investment group
- Active involvement in projects for the further development of systems (including Immopac, Flowable), tools, and processes
- Close collaboration with internal specialists from portfolio management, asset management, and project management
Your profile
- Completed business administration education or training with a focus on controlling (university, university of applied sciences, professional certificate)
- Additional training in real estate (MAS / SVIT) is an advantage
- Relevant professional experience in controlling, ideally in the real estate sector
- Solid understanding of financial accounting, ideally KAG and Swiss GAAP FER
- Very good knowledge of Excel and strong IT affinity
- Good knowledge of regulatory real estate key figures (AMAS, KGAST) is an advantage
- Team-oriented working style, high personal responsibility, and strong quality awareness
