• Welcoming and caring for our hotel and day spa guests as well as exclusive members in the Blue Spa
• Accepting reservations from day spa guests and arranging treatment appointments
• Check-in and check-out of our spa guests
• Cash management as well as advising and selling our treatments and products
• Organizing the daily business and coordinating the therapist and service team in the Blue Spa

• Very good communication skills and manners
• Winning personality and positive charisma
• Experience in reception and/or sales
• Very good German and English skills
• Interest in the spa and wellness industry
