Your Tasks
- Technical advice to our customers by phone
- Checking technical feasibility
- Recording orders and triggering purchases
- Creating CAD drawings
- Coordinating with internal departments
Your Profile
- Basic training in the window or metal construction industry
- Technical or commercial further education is an advantage
- CAD knowledge
- Professional experience in a similar role
- Competent and winning appearance
- High customer and service orientation
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- French language skills, both spoken and written, are mandatory
