Project Manager Optimization Wood Firing Systems 80 – 100% (m/f/d)

• Project management of more complex conversions of existing systems
• Analysis and operational optimization of our wood firing systems
• Support of key clients
• Support in internal technical support projects
• Significant co-responsibility for the quality of our plant technology and plant operation
• Defining measures and developing optimization proposals
• Communication with customers, customer representatives, and planners (including visits)
• Commercial processing with cost compliance
• Travel activity of max. 1 day per week

• Training as a heating planner/installer or basic training with appropriate further education in energy or thermal engineering
• Experience as a project manager, especially in plant construction is an advantage, alternatively also in other areas such as research and development
• Possibly further education in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering
• German language skills in spoken and written form as well as French and English skills would be a plus
• CAD and ERP knowledge as well as analytical and networked thinking
• Structured, efficient working method, ability to work in a team and a pleasant assertiveness
• Communicative, customer-oriented, convincing, resilient, flexible, committed
