• Active participation and ensuring an optimal production process in à la carte and banquet service
• Support of the Executive Chef in the areas of personnel planning, quality assurance, forecasting, and process optimization
• Work at all stations of the cold and hot kitchen during all service periods
• Support with inventory and compliance with storage regulations
• Carrying out various cleaning tasks
• Help with the organization and implementation of the kitchen concept

• Enthusiasm for the hotel industry and a strong interest in the profession
• Fluent language skills in English (and German), additional languages are an advantage
• Open, engaging, and proactive personality
• Organizational talent as well as independent and orderly working style
• You are currently studying at a recognized hotel management school
