- You lead working and project groups, plan and hold specialist lectures and conferences
What you bring with you
- You have completed training as a psychotherapist and supervisor (federally recognized advanced training title in psychotherapy and professional practice permit BAB)
- You have several years of professional experience and solid leadership responsibility including leadership training
- Experience in project management is an advantage
- You enjoy organizational and planning tasks, are extremely customer-oriented and represent the concerns of your area credibly and consistently
- You work solution-oriented, independently, are resilient and team-oriented
What you can look forward to
- In this demanding and versatile activity, you take over the organization and coordination of the PZM-wide activities of the Department of Psychology and ensure the associated specialist processes
- You are responsible for the further development of the Department of Psychology and ensure compliance with quality requirements
- As a professional contact person, you support psychologists with supervision and intervision
- You lead the Gestalt Therapies area with eight therapists
