The following tasks await you:
- Administrative handling of the entire patient admission
- Optimal planning or disposition of our inpatient patients (bed disposition)
- Intensive telephone contact with referring agencies
- Cost approval process - clarification with various cost carriers
- Simple nursing and medical clarifications on behalf of triage
- Collaboration with internal interfaces (tariff management/invoicing, nursing, doctors, reception, etc.)
- Ongoing process optimization
You convince us with this profile:
- Commercial basic training or MPA with further training as hospital & medical secretary
- Mandatory experience in the Swiss health or health insurance sector, preferably in a similar function
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Reliable and precise working method
- Solid IT skills (MS Office ECDL standard level, industry-specific software such as Opale, Polypoint)
- Motivated, flexible and team-oriented personality with high resilience
- High service orientation as well as very good oral and written expression
- Assertive personality
- Quick comprehension of complex situations, networked thinking and the ability to set priorities correctly
