We are looking for a medical secretary or MPA for the locations Lenzburg and Baden starting November 1, 2025, or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Organization and coordination of outpatient clinic operations
• Appointment management and patient reception
• Operation of the telephone switchboard
• Telephone and written correspondence
• Medical tasks such as dispensing Antabuse, collecting urine samples, blood sampling, and breath alcohol testing

Your profile:

• Completed training as a medical secretary or MPA
• Experience in the medical field is an advantage
• Friendly demeanor and good communication skills
• Organizational talent and reliability
• Independent working style and team spirit
