The Open Child and Youth Work Stäfa offers programs and structures for children (from 1st grade) and young people in extracurricular leisure activities at various locations. The goal of the programs is to accompany, support, and promote children and young people in their life phase towards becoming independent members of our society. We are looking for you as of November 1, 2025, or by arrangement as
You will lead the Open Child and Youth Work with 4 employees and be responsible for the professional and methodological implementation of strategic guidelines. In doing so, you ensure low-threshold accessibility for children and young people and guarantee a trusting and professional relationship. You coach your employees, develop annual goals with them, and maintain an active, open approach with external specialist agencies. You are also operationally active.
You bring experience in leading an Open Child and Youth Work and have completed corresponding professional and leadership-focused training. You work both goal- and resource-oriented as well as with an appreciative attitude. In conflict situations, you remain calm, act as a mediator, and can assert yourself if the situation requires it. Your IT skills support you in completing administrative tasks. Occasional evening and weekend work is a matter of course for you. Organizational flair, flexibility, and humor complete your profile.
