For our renowned Stock Diamond Spa, we are looking for a committed and warm personality for the position of Spa Receptionist (m/f/d). In this responsible role, you are the first point of contact for our guests and ensure an unforgettable welcome with your professional appearance and friendly manner.

• Active guest care & advice: You are the first point of contact for our guests and ensure a completely positive experience.
• Appointment coordination: You organize the scheduling of treatments and services in the SPA.
• Active product sales & cross-selling: You actively advise our guests on our high-quality SPA products and expand our offer through targeted additional sales.
• Working with SPA software TAC and hotel program Protel: You are confident in handling our software for smooth administration.
• Telephone service: You take inquiries and coordinate guest care also by phone.
• Consultation on SPA treatments: You inform and advise our guests about the various treatments we offer at STOCK DIAMOND SPA.
• Co-responsibility for the SPA concept: You actively contribute to the implementation of the SPA concept and ensure cleanliness, safety, and hygiene throughout the SPA area.

• Outgoing and guest-oriented: You enjoy dealing with guests and create a feel-good atmosphere.
• Good communication skills: You can express yourself well and are a true team player.
• Open nature and willingness to learn: You like to get involved and are motivated to develop further.
• Well-groomed appearance: Your appearance is always neat and professional.
• Enthusiasm: You are passionate and committed and have a positive attitude.
• Foreign language skills: Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Completed training in cosmetics or massage is an advantage: Experience in cosmetics or massage is desirable but not mandatory.
• Professional and specialist experience in a comparable position and in a similar hotel category is an advantage.
