Tasks
- Handle customer inquiries via phone with care and professionalism.
- Identify customer needs and find effective solutions.
- Provide advisory services for e-banking and card cancellations.
Skills
- Fluency in Swiss German and ability to consult in German and French; Italian is a plus.
- Strong customer service experience, especially in banking.
- Good PC skills are essential.

- Receiving customer inquiries by phone
- Identifying customers
- Finding solutions to customer concerns
- Advising customers on e-banking
- Executing card blocks upon customer request
- You understand and speak Swiss German
- You conduct telephone consultations in German and French
- Additional language Italian is welcome
- You enjoy dealing with customers
- Experience in customer service and the banking sector is an advantage
- Good PC skills are required
- A clean criminal record and debt collection register extract are required for employment
