We are looking for a cook EFZ (20-60%) with heart and attention to detail for our unique location in Sissach.
The Bloomell Coffeehouse is known for its high-quality breakfast and brunch offerings, which we serve with passion and quality awareness. Our location is in a historic building, the oldest department store in the canton of Baselland, and offers a beautiful working environment right at the train station and the shopping street of Sissach.
YOUR TASKS
- Preparation of high-quality breakfast and brunch dishes according to Bloomell standards
- Responsibility for compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety guidelines
- Ensuring smooth operations in the kitchen during service times
- Ordering, goods receipt, and inventory management according to the "First In, First Out" principle
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed basic training as a cook EFZ or comparable training with a passion for cooking
- Experience in breakfast, brunch, or system gastronomy is an advantage
- Enjoyment of fresh and high-quality ingredients
- Resilience, independence, teamwork, and reliability
- Digital affinity – our processes are partially digitized
- Willingness to work regularly on weekends and public holidays
