To complement our team, we are looking by arrangement

for a Project Manager Busbars Western Switzerland (m/f)

Your tasks:

Project management of busbar customer orders

Review of work contracts

Creation of on-site measurements and preparation for construction (isometry)

Leading and participating in award negotiations

Calculation of offers according to regulations with sole responsibility

Successful implementation of small and medium-sized projects

Management of cost control throughout the entire project duration

Schedule and quality assurance

Negotiations with subcontractors

Coordination with design and production

Support sales in the calculation of offers

General activities according to supervisor's instructions

You bring with you:

Apprenticeship as an electrician or electrotechnical background, technical or commercial further training is an advantage

Experience in project execution

Open to changes and competent in handling IT applications

Proactive, motivated and ready to go the extra mile for our customers

Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as the ability to reconcile different interests

Ideally experience in managing complex projects and solid knowledge of project management methods

A sense for technical innovations and the ability to develop individual solutions for customer requirements

Very good French skills in spoken and written form

Basic knowledge of German or willingness to learn it
