Activities
- You lead a team of 1–3 employees and implement garden dreams together with them in new installations and redesigns.
- Organization and coordination of personnel, materials, and machines on the construction site are part of your daily routine.
- You like to share your knowledge and supervise our junior staff on the construction site.
- You always keep an eye on occupational safety – and of course implement it.
Requirements
- You have experience in leading employees.
- You already have a completed apprenticeship as a landscape gardener EFZ.
- Ideally, you have further training as a foreman or senior gardener – or are willing to complete it.
- You are familiar with handling small equipment and construction machines.
- You have a category B driving license and a trailer license.
- You love your profession, are independent, motivated, reliable, and a team player.
