For the Talent Acquisition team of the Human Resources Department, we are looking for a Recruitment Intern (6 – 12 months) at 100%.
As a university intern, you actively contribute to the smooth running of the Talent Acquisition team and participate in the entire recruitment process, from coordinating interviews to data analysis, including tracking applications.
Your main responsibilities:
- Team support: provide operational support to the recruitment team, organize interviews, ensure the update of the applicant tracking system (ATS), and maintain data quality.
- Recruitment: participate, under the supervision of a Talent Acquisition Expert, in sorting and pre-selecting applications for certain positions.
- Reporting & data analysis: prepare regular reports on the status of ongoing recruitments. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support the strategic reflections of the Talent Acquisition team.
- Participation in various projects related to the employer brand (coordination of university forums, other projects related to the employer brand).
- Quality control: perform quality checks on job postings in progress (content, coherence, compliance) and propose improvements aimed at optimizing processes and communication.
Your profile:
- You are currently enrolled or finishing an academic program (Bachelor or Master) ideally related to Human Resources, or another university education (HEC, HES, or other university training).
- You are looking for an internship (6 to 12 months).
- You have excellent interpersonal skills.
- You master computer tools and have a good knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel).
- You are interested in the HR world, and recruitment in particular.
- You have a friendly, structured, and solution-oriented personality.
- You have excellent communication skills in French and ideally in German.
