What you will do

• Taking on routine tasks within project organization
• You support acquisition projects, participate in digital construction processes, or contribute to HR initiatives
• You work with experienced professionals and are part of real projects – from planning to implementation

What you bring

• University degree (Bachelor or Master) in civil engineering or architecture
• Enthusiasm for construction, sustainability, and innovation
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and analytical abilities
• Willingness to travel and work on construction sites
• Very good German language skills are required

What we offer you

Our trainee program offers you the opportunity to gain practical experience with us. Over 12 months, you will go through three different assignments in exciting areas such as:

• Building construction – e.g., project Cantonal Hospital Aarau (Aarau) or "The Alpinist" (Andermatt)
• Real Estate Development – e.g., support in acquisition projects (Opfikon)
• Project Excellence & Services – participation in initiatives (Opfikon)
• Human Resources – working on HR projects (Opfikon)
• Digital Construction – support in digital construction management (Opfikon or e.g., Bern)
• Annual salary: 72,000 CHF/100%
