• Individual and professional care and nursing of our 14 residents in the protected living group and the 9 residents in the open long-term care living group
• Support of the team leader in the personnel and professional management of the care team of 20 employees
• Full representation of the team leader in their absence
• Promotion of employees in everyday care
• Close cooperation with the care specialist team, which actively participates in shaping the residents' daily lives
• Co-responsibility for the implementation and assurance of care quality, for the further development of the care process, as well as for performance recording (RAI)

• Completed vocational training at tertiary level (certified nursing professional HF/FH)
• Ideally, you have initial leadership experience and corresponding further training or are willing to attend such training
• Commitment, motivation, resilience, and high social competence
• Willingness to contribute to a learning-friendly work environment and to achieving common goals
• You are well familiar with the usual software applications and use them efficiently
