certified nursing specialist (a) 50–100%
Shape nursing, empower people – your field of activity with us:
- With personal responsibility and according to the latest nursing knowledge, you care for and nurse our patients
- You take over the leadership of a nursing group and work closely with health professionals, nursing assistants, students, and trainees
- You manage the entire nursing process – supported by our clinical information system Clinical – and ensure seamless documentation
- Together in the team, you continuously optimize nursing processes and contribute your ideas
- As a mentor, you accompany and support students and trainees on their way into the nursing profession
What you need to be successful:
- You are a certified nurse (HF/FH) or about to graduate and ideally have already gained experience in acute care
- You find the wide medical range of a family-oriented peripheral hospital exciting and enriching
- You treat people with respect and appreciation because the best possible care of our patients is your top priority
- You work carefully, conscientiously, and like to take responsibility
- Further development is a matter of course for you and you want to continuously expand your skills
- You master the German language confidently (B2 certificate is the minimum requirement for non-native applicants)
