To complement our team in Schaffhausen, we are looking for a
Team Leader Workshop with Deputy Service Advisor Function (m/f/d) 100%.
Your tasks:
As Team Leader Workshop 50%:
• Responsible for optimal resource planning as well as profit and cost control in the workshop area
• Leadership, promotion, and further development of the workshop team – both professionally and personally
• Support your employees with technical and diagnostic questions
• Participation in daily business with a hands-on mentality and focus on achieving goals
As Deputy Service Advisor 50%:
• Support in order acceptance and entry, quotation creation, and appointment scheduling
• Collaboration in workshop and maintenance planning
• Advising our customers on service offerings and maintenance solutions
• Receiving customer concerns and developing solution proposals
• Representing the service advisor during absences

You offer us:
